At On-Site Containers Solutions, we recognize that purchasing a shipping container is a significant investment. We are committed to providing a clear, fair, and hassle-free process should your plans change.
Return Policy
Return Window: 14 days from delivery
Return Method: By mail / freight
Return Fees: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Restocking/Cancellation Fee: Up to 50% for customized orders or late cancellations
Product Condition: Must be in the same condition as delivered
1. Order Cancellations
We offer tiered refund options depending on how much work has been completed on your order:
Within 7 Days of Order: Eligible for a 100% full refund of your deposit
Within 30 Days of Delivery: Eligible for a 50% refund of the total purchase price (costs for completed custom modifications will be deducted)
Within 14 Days of Delivery: Not eligible for a refund, as logistics and labor have already been fully committed
2. Customizations & Upgrades
Custom modifications (doors, windows, insulation, etc.) require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure materials
The remaining balance is due upon delivery
Once production begins, any changes may result in additional costs
3. Returns Upon Delivery
If your container arrives damaged, does not meet agreed specifications, or is otherwise unsatisfactory:
Return Window: Must be requested within 14 days of delivery
Condition: Container must be returned in the same condition as delivered
Shipping Costs: Customer is responsible for all return logistics and transportation costs
Inspection: We strongly recommend inspecting the container upon delivery and reporting any issues to the driver immediately to speed up resolution
Non-Returnable Items include:
– Custom-built or special-order containers
– Containers modified after delivery
– Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval:
