During the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the defective component or accessory

  • Improper loading, unloading, or transportation after delivery

4. Custom & Modified Containers

For custom or modified containers:

  • Warranty applies only to factory-installed or approved modifications
  • Any third-party alterations void applicable warranty coverage
  • Structural integrity is covered only under normal use conditions

5. Inspection Requirement

Customers are encouraged to inspect all containers upon delivery.

  • Any visible issues should be reported immediately at the time of delivery
  • Claims submitted after use may require additional verification

6. Warranty Limitations

This is a limited warranty:

  • It applies only to the original purchaser
  • Proof of purchase from On-Site Containers Solutions is required
  • Warranty coverage is non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing
  • No cash refunds or monetary compensation is provided under warranty claims

7. No Rental or Leasing Relationship

On-Site Containers Solutions is a sales-based provider of shipping containers and does not operate as a rental service.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the product meets their intended use before purchase.
